Which sectors does Net Zero Search cover?

Six sectors, twelve specialisms underneath them. Investment and finance, data centers, energy storage and BESS, solar, wind, digital and technology, electro-mobility, energy efficiency, sustainability and CSR, alternative energy and fuel, clean technology, and energy supply and trading, grouped under six broader sector pillars across energy transition and digital infrastructure.

Do you recruit for both investors and operating companies?

Yes. We place leadership for private equity and infrastructure investors as well as for developers, IPPs, data center platforms and other operating companies, and every mandate is delivered by a partner.

Which roles do you place across these sectors?

It varies by sector rather than following one fixed list. Solar and wind mandates tend to be C-Suite and leaders at development, EPC and asset management level. Storage and trading sectors need commercial and route-to-market leaders. Investment mandates are Partners and Investment Directors. The consistent part isn't the job title, it's that a Managing Partner runs the search either way.
